In addition to the GIFs below, you can download an EPS file of Pengo (aka Tux) or a Adobe Illustrator [Mac] version of the penguin. I redrew Pengo in Illustrator, so both the EPS and Illustrator versions can be rendered well at any size.
To rasterize the EPS version with ghostscript, try something along the lines of:
gs -sDEVICE=pcx24b -r300 -sOutputFile=pengo.pcx linux-powered.eps
